Freight Deliveries
For large or heavy equipment (e.g., mowers), delivery will be made via freight carrier. A forklift may be required to unload. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos and mark the delivery slip as “damaged.” Contact us within 48 hours at Gotonal@proton.me.
